Please bring in the original documents you received from the CRA that show the on-line filing code if you would like us to file the return on your behalf. You should keep the remittance voucher so that you can make payment of any outstanding balance at your financial institution if you are not making payment on-line.
"When will you E-file my return?"
Please arrange to come in and sign the appropriate forms as soon as we call you to say it’s ready. CRA requires that your tax return be signed before we are able to e-file. Once each return has been reviewed and signed we can then E-file your returns (once the bill is paid, of course).
"What if my return has to be paper filed?"
If your return has to be paper filed, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is received by the CRA on time, as they will no longer give SWG a receipt upon filing. Please be sure that both you and your spouse, sign the Personal Tax Engagement Letter and that the Checklist is completed with all of your tax information pertaining to you and your family. *Please return these two items with ALL of your tax information.*
